Please fix this issue

I just ran out of cellular data and had to pay $40 bucks for data overage. Please put an option to disable sync on cellular data or put an option that asks us to confirm before syncing. I, unknowingly, touched the sync button while cellular data. Also, please put an option for offline mode to absolutely prevent use of cellular data.
